To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
Returns Policy
All items are tested for operation and function prior to shipping, but used merchandise is offered as-is with no warranty. If an item is received in a non-functional state, a return authorization (RMA) can be requested. If an RMA is approved, the item can be returned within 30 days for a refund (return postage is at purchaser's expense). An RMA request can be submitted on our "Contact Us" page.
If you received an incorrect item (i.e. not what you ordered), we will pay the return cost; you should request a return authorization (RMA) prior to returning the item. An RMA request can be submitted on our "Contact Us" page.
When a return is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
For orders of $199 or more, shipping is included (USPS Ground). For orders less than $199, submit your order, we will calculate the shipping costs and contact you for payment before we ship. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there will be an additional charge for international shipping and there are restrictions - some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If shipping via a method other than USPS Ground is desired, leave a note in the "Order Comments" at checkout for the desired shipping method. We will calculate the shipping cost and contact you to collect the additional shipping fee based on your request prior to shipping.
